Experience seafood on Hastings Street, Noosa. We are known for winning many awards for our Italian fine dining flare at Novaro’s. Recently, we steered the restaurant to win Best Italian Restaurant in Tasmania and were featured in the Tasmanian Hospitality Awards in Hobart. Nicholas cooked for the acclaimed Dinner in the Sky at the Taste of Tasmania and has given his time to many charitable institutions.
Our passion is cooking with seafood, thus the focus will be on produce from the sea. We are utilizing long-standing relationships with many suppliers in Tasmania and intend to bring a little taste of Tasmania to the Hastings Street community.

Our Seafood Experience
Designed as a shared platter for two guests, we are offering a cold seafood platter. It features Tasmanian Pacific oysters, Tasmanian Southern Rock Lobster, plump Mooloolaba u10 prawns, King Prawns and Cloudy Bay clams. Complete with house made potato crisps and Green Shed organic mixed leaf salad.
Our gracious service has earned loyalty from customers and staff in the state of Tasmania over the past 17 years at Novaro’s Restaurant and we hope to earn the same here in Noosa.
